Joe's Pizza has been serving east-central Illinois for more than 45 years, and it is known for having some of the best pizza in the land of Lincoln. For many in the area, these restaurants are like a home away from home.
With three locations in the state, each eatery retains a small-town atmosphere that is intoxicating. Locals enjoy the friendly staff and casual seating that is perfect for everyday dining.
Joe's first location opened in Paris in 1973 with the second opening in Shelbyville in the mid-1980s. In 2017, a third location opened in Tuscola. All three are still family-owned and operated.
When it comes to the food, everything sold at this local pizza joint is made fresh to-order from the finest ingredients. Start with bread sticks, garlic bread, pizza bread, wings, cheese curds, chicken strips, onion rings, and many other delicious appetizers.

Joe's Pizza is open for dinner between 4 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday as well as 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. You can also stop by between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
