In business since 1988, Prime Quarter Steak House has three locations with one situated in northern Illinois. The others are in Wisconsin and all are known for their exceptional steak and potatoes meals.
This restaurant is the type of place where guests can choose to grill their own meat. Each chooses from a list of steaks and is provided with sides and seasonings to complete the meal.
You'll find 24 oz. T-bones, 22 oz. top sirloins, 20 oz. rib eyes, and 9 oz. filet mignons. You can cook your steak however you please with whatever assortment of flavorings you prefer.
