There are holiday lights in Illinois that are so beautiful even the meanest souls will soften at the sights. Check out the beauty at this park in Lombard.
Taking place December 7, 2019, through January 5, 2020, Holiday Lights in Lilacia Park is an annual Christmas lights display in northeast Illinois that is so cheery it could put a smile on any face.
The light displays depict animated scenes and decorate all the trees in the park with every color you could imagine. This place becomes a sea of light between 4:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.
There will also be gingerbread house displays and many other activities for kids to enjoy. Visits with Santa are popular at this walk-thru holiday lights display.
