This Enchanting Harry Potter-Themed Dinner In Illinois Will Leave You Spellbound

Near Chain O'Lakes State Park in Spring Grove (which is almost to Wisconsin) sits an enchanting event venue called The Shores of Turtle Creek.
It is a beautiful place anytime of year to host weddings, corporate gatherings, baby and bridal showers, and family picnics. But on March 3, 2018, it will host a Harry Potter dinner called Wizardly World Evening at the Great Hall.
Before arriving, remember to don your wizard cloaks, hats, and other garb, lest you be a muggle for this event.

Beginning at 4 p.m., guests arrive and can enjoy drinks like Butterbeer and Pumpkin Juice as well as appetizers by a warm fireplace at The Platform 9 3/4 Cafe, which is a cash bar.
Are you a Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff? Think you have what it takes to be in Slytherin or Gryffindor?
Dinner begins at 5 p.m. and takes place in a space decorated to look just like The Great Hall. Other areas resemble classrooms and different scenes from the story.
Desserts and coffee follow immediately to wrap up the feast.
After dinner, around 6 p.m., all students must engage in classwork. Come prepared to be quizzed by Professor Snape about potions and to learn about the art of Divination from Sybill Trelawney.
