Bulldogs Grill in northeast Illinois is a Chicagoland favorite that is serving its community in a time of need. Typically, this hot spot is known for its handcrafted burgers and brews, but it deserves some recognition for its charity as well during these uncertain times.
The restaurant is offering free meals to kids on Wednesdays at this time when people are struggling. Guests can get up to two free kid's meals with the purchase of an adult entree.
The restaurant is also offering discounted meals for service workers like policemen, firefighters, and healthcare workers. Those who come in uniform can receive 50 percent off their order.
The restaurant is also collecting food pantry items and asks that anyone who comes in to pick up their food also brings in some non-perishable items for the food shelter. Those who do will receive a coupon for a free order of small fries.
In business since 2010, this trendy burger bar is still putting out all the same delicious food as before. Themed burgers with incredible toppings like bacon, avocado, pulled pork, fried egg, grilled onions, fried bananas, and even mac and cheese abound.
