Road to Perdition was an awesome movie, set in Chicago. The mobsters pull into the driveway of this home before the wake scene. This was the home of 30th U.S. Vice President Charles Dawes from 1909 to 1951.
Who doesn't remember this scene in Ferris Bueller's Day Off? See the windows for yourself. They have somewhat recently been restored.

What UIC student hasn't watched Candyman and then been super scared? The movie features scenes of campus and surrounding housing projects.

Everyone makes the trip to see the house where Home Alone took place. I visited the set when I was really young and was so surprised that the snow was fake. Very tragic for a child.
