Preservation is a restaurant in northern Illinois that has been in business since 2010. It is situated in a charming town along the Fox River, just outside of Chicago, which is known for its boutique shops and exquisite restaurants.
Like many of the restaurants in this suburb, this spot has an upscale twist, featuring a wine bar, artisan cheese and meats, house cocktails, and creative dishes that can't be found anywhere else.
The most impressive thing about this place is the outdoor cocktail garden that features picnic benches, tables, trees, grass, patio space, and umbrellas for a unique dining experience.
You'll feel like you're dining in someone's backyard at a giant community barbecue when you eat at Preservation. Guests who have had the pleasure of enjoying this one-of-a-kind eatery never forget their experience.
