The Chris Kringle Market in downtown Ottawa takes place over two weekends during the holiday season. Find the most authentic Old World shopping November 30-December 2, 2018 as well as December 7-8, 2018.
This unbelievable Christmas bazaar features artisan gifts, holiday treats, German-style beer, and other authentic goodies. Even if you don't wish to buy anything, it is worth coming out for the glowing lights and other sights.
On Sundays, guests can view live reindeer for free, and carriage rides will be available. Santa is scheduled to visit in the afternoons on both Saturdays and Sundays, and there will also be an Old Town Christmas Farmer's Market on December 8, 2018.

Admission to roam the market is free, as are many of the events that take place during the season. Hours are 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Fridays, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays.
