Each is designed using familiar flavors and quality ingredients for a rich taste that can't be beat. In addition to tastings, tours are held throughout the week to give fans a look behind the scenes.
8. Goose Island (1800 W Fulton Street)
One of the most well-known breweries in the city, you can find Goose Island at almost every restaurant, festival, and liquor store in Chicagoland. It offers tours of its brewery for $12 Thursday through Sunday. Stop in to learn or just for a bite to eat. The pub offers pairings with dishes like roasted sausage, braised chicken, and even mussels.
