Exciting times and things to look forward to are ahead, like Balloons Over Vermilion which is expected to return July 9-10, 2021. Gates will open at 3 p.m. on Friday and at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Vermilion Regional Airport where the event will take place.

Pilots from all over Illinois and neighboring states bring their balloons to this event. There will even be some special-shaped balloons in attendance, like a yellow bird and a cat.
