At this restaurant, you can sit at one of the hibachi tables and watch your meal be prepared right before your eyes. This place is also where you can order some of the best sushi in southeastern Idaho. Fuji Hibachi and Sushi is one unique restaurant in Idaho where the food is just as good as the experience.
Located on 25th Street in Idaho Falls, you’ll find Fuji Hibachi and Sushi. Established in 2000, this unique Japanese restaurant serves lunch and dinner and offers an incredible experience the minute you walk through its doors.
You'll immediately notice that this restaurant has a fun and lively atmosphere. From a large statue in the lobby to a casual dining room, this is an excellent place to eat in Idaho Falls for the entire family, a date night, or if you are simply craving sushi or Japanese cuisine.
You can take a seat at the traditional Japanese teriyaki grill. Here, all of the hibachi grill entrees are prepared right in front of you and you never know … your cook may just do a few tricks that will leave you impressed.
Please note that the hibachi tables are reserved for customers who are ordering off of the hibachi grill menu only. At least half of the party must order from the grill to sit at these tables.
There are also special dinner entrees, combinations that serve two types of meat, and kid-friendly meal choices. All entrees are served with fried rice, vegetables, and a house salad.
While it is certainly fun to watch your meal be prepared, this isn’t all that Fuji Hibachi and Sushi offers. In fact, this restaurant serves some of the best sushi in Idaho Falls and southeastern Idaho.
When visiting Fuji, make sure you come prepared to make a decision. With so many options on the menu, it can be hard to narrow down your choices.
There are even several dessert options on the menu. Try a slice of strawberry cheesecake, lemon cream cake, or ice cream tempura. This is one restaurant where you’ll likely go home with leftovers.
