Idaho has its fair share of delicious barbecue joints around the state but Hellfire Barbecue in Idaho Falls takes fall-off-the-bone meat to the next level. Hellfire Barbecue is one of the newer BBQ joints in Idaho Falls. For several years, you could order the meat out of a tent until they opened a brick-and-mortar store on Holmes Avenue.

When you arrive, there isn’t too much to see. Hellfire Barbecue is located in an unassuming building and is quite simple inside. However, after one bite of your meal, you will care less about the looks of the building and all of your focus will be on your food.
