Food Land Market is located on Orchard Street in Boise. It is owned by Hana, who left her hometown in Iraq in 2007 to escape the war. Hana and her family then moved to Boise and in 2019, opened the Food Land International Bistro and Market.
This family-run market, café, and bakery is delightful in every way. When you walk inside, you’ll see shelves filled with all types of international food items including produce, canned goods, sauces, mixes, and dairy products.
While you can certainly come to shop, many guests come to eat. Food Land Market offers an extensive menu with delicious Mediterranean entrees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This café and bakery serves breakfast from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. each day and you’ll find items like zaatar bread, basturma and egg, and shawarma and egg on the menu. It's a tasty way to start the day.
For lunch and dinner, there are multiple platters to choose from featuring all types of meat, bread, and other delicious items. But one of the most popular items on the menu is the falafel.
