This taco yurt is just as amazing as it is unique and you’re bound to fall in love with it. It’s a relatively new addition to Idaho’s food scene to be sure to check it out pronto.

Who would've thought that tacos and snow make a great combination? Not us. However, there's one truly unique restaurant here in Idaho that combines the two perfectly. It's called the Mile High Cantina, but you can call it "the taco yurt" for short!

The Mile High Cantina is the newest addition to Tamarack Resort in Donnelly, Idaho. This underrated ski resort is considered one of our state's greatest hidden gems and a paradise for ski and snowboarding enthusiasts. And on top of perfect powder, they boast some pretty delicious eats as well.

Tamarack offers a few different dining options but the most recent addition is the Mile High Cantina which opened a year ago. They are only open during the winter season so be sure to pay them a visit before the snow melts.
