On a hot summer day, there is nothing like cooling off in a swimming hole. While there are several swimming holes around Idaho that we always recommend visiting, there is one in southeastern Idaho that may just be one of our favorites — Jefferson County Lake. Better known to the locals as Rigby Lake, this is the ultimate destination to cool off with a lake slide, sandy beaches, and even a campground. It is the place for one stellar summer adventure.
Have you ever cooled off at Jefferson County Lake in southeastern Idaho? Did you spend the day at this swimming hole or go camping? We’d love to hear all about your experience in the comments.
