The store use a local ice cream company called Farr's which is based out of Idaho Falls. They offer over 20 flavors so you're sure to come across something that appeals to you. A special scoop is used to serve the ice cream which gives it the one-of-a-kind square shape.
The square ice cream is so popular that the tiny shop often sees thousands of people in a single day. On the 4th of July, the shop usually expects crowds of over 15,000 people. If you come on a holiday weekend, you may have to wait in line. But it will be so worth it.
