Meraki Greek Street Food is located on 8th Street in Boise. You’ll often see the husband and wife owners, Aki and Farrah, working in the restaurant, helping out their team in any way possible.
This restaurant opened its doors in 2016 and it has been a welcomed addition to the City of Trees. In fact, don’t be surprised if you have to wait in line for your meal when visiting.
The gyros are all hand stacked and made with all-natural meats and fresh ingredients.
You can choose from a variety of pork, chicken, beef, lamb, and veggie gyros. Each one features house-made sauces that give each gyro that something special.
