The Sierra Silver Mine Tour is a history tour unlike any else. Dedicated to educating current and future generations on Idaho's mining culture, you'll get an up-close glimpse at the hard work that actually goes into hard rock mining.
You'll start your tour at Sierra Silver Mine's location in Wallace where you'll board a trolley to the mine. During the trolley ride, you'll receive a narrated tour of Historic Wallace.
Once you arrive, a retired miner will be your guide as you descend into the silver mine. Your guide will provide firsthand accounts of mining life while also performing live demonstrations of how to operate mining machinery. It's the real deal!
