Farragut State Park is one of our favorite state parks in Idaho. This 4,000-acre park sits along the southern shore of Lake Pend Oreille and is not only beautiful but it is historic as well. While many people come to this state park to learn a little history and for its incredible camping opportunities, there is something else that this park has to offer — the Willow Lake View Trail. This short and sweet trail is one of the best family-friendly hikes in Idaho and one of our favorite hikes in Farragut State Park.
