We have some bad news for you, Idahoans. You can’t leave the state. Well, technically you can…but you once you cross those state lines, you’ll immediately find that Idaho has spoiled you for any other place on the planet. No worries, though – just stay here!
1. You'll never find scenery as good as this.
The Stanley Valley might be as good as it gets.
2. Where will you get fry sauce?
You'd have to move to Utah...and why would you want to go there?
3. No other state in the nation has cities like Idaho.
In addition to our charming small towns, we have cities that are the perfect size - big enough to offer tons of amenities, but small enough that you always feel like part of the community.
4. Idaho is one of the only places where you actually enjoy the scenery while you wait in traffic.
Of course, when "traffic" is cattle, it moves even more slowly than an LA freeway at rush hour.
5. You can only get pie like this from Trudy's Kitchen.
Don't pretend like you don't know where this place is. (Here's the address, just in case you really don't! 3876 ID-21, Idaho City).
6. You'll likely never find fans as loyal as those at Boise State.
Win or lose...doesn't matter. When you're from Idaho, you're a Boise State Fan.
7. Roller coasters can't begin to compete with this kind of excitement.
People in other states pay good money for admission to amusement parks...weird, right?
8. Soaking just won't be the same anywhere else.
Our hot springs are more gorgeous than any others, hands down.
9. If you moved away, where in the world would you get huckleberry pancakes?
Maybe you could find some frozen huckleberries somewhere, but let's not even try to pretend that they'd be the same.
10. Let's be honest: you're never gonna find fishing like this in another state.
Elsewhere, people wait HOURS to catch a fish. Seriously.
11. Where will you go exploring?
You'll spend a lifetime exploring all the beauty Idaho has to offer.
