The Ranch drive-thru is actually operated by Big Valley Ranch, a family-run ranch that has been providing the Treasure Valley with naturally-raised beef and pork since 2010.
They operate both The Ranch drive-thru and a roaming food truck where they get to show off exactly how tasty their grass-fed Scottish Highland beef really is. Highland Beef is lean, well-marbled, and perfectly flavorful—you can really taste the difference!
The drive-thru boasts a variety of types of burgers to choose from, including The Trailhand: a quarter-pound of Highland beef, BBQ, sautéed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, and signature horseradish. All burgers are served with a hearty portion of fries and fry sauce, of course.
In fact, the fries are just as spectacular as the burgers. They're made fresh from Idaho potatoes right in the kitchen every day, and you can order mouthwatering variations such as garlic, truffle, cheesy pork, and chili cheese.
