Whispers is an upscale lounge that offers breathtaking views of the lake at Coeur d'Alene Resort in North Idaho. This winter, they unveiled a new way of dining that's bound to add some magic to your lakefront meal.
"Igloos on the Lake" is a brand new way to experience everything that Whispers has to offer. For a limited time this winter, guests can dine inside one of these dazzling igloos that overlook the spectacular Lake Coeur d'Alene.
Featuring luxurious seating, these heated and weatherproof igloos will keep you cozy and warm while you enjoy your meal. Nearby firepits add to the warmth and ambiance. Still, guests are encouraged to bundle up for the weather, just in case.
The lakeside igloos can accommodate up to six guests at a time. Igloos are first come, first served during the day time from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In the evening from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the igloos are reservation only.
Nighttime reservations can be rented in two-hour time slots for $75. All reservations require a $150 food and beverage minimum and come with a complimentary bottle of champagne. If you're looking to enjoy a memorable evening on the lake, this is definitely the way!
Diners can eat and drink from the exclusive Igloo Menu. This includes specialty cocktails like the Pumpkin Russian, Apple Old Fashioned, and Huck Hot Chocolate. Some of the food options include prime rib sliders, clam chowder, roasted garlic shrimp, and salmon cakes.
