There is nothing like spending a day at the beach. And while Idaho doesn’t necessarily have tons of beaches to choose from, there are a few inland beaches that are perfect for a day of water, sunshine, and fun. While there are several around the Gem State that I personally love (like the beaches at Redfish Lake and Bear Lake), there is another beach in Idaho that is also worthy of your attention — the beaches at Pettit Lake.
For more information on Pettit Lake Day Use Area, visit the U.S. Forest Service website. And, if you have spent time at this lake before, we’d love to hear all about your experience in the comments.
