Ampersand first opened in Moscow's historic downtown in the fall of 2014. The second location would open in beautiful downtown Lewiston just two years later. A specialty shop, oil and vinegar tasting bar, and a hot spot of culinary education, this place is like heaven for any foodie.
The shop portion of Ampersand is filled with all sorts of unique items. Most notably, they boast a gigantic selection of infused olive oils and vinegars. You can even sample the different flavors in store.
Other items you can find at the shop include a wide assortment of housewares, gifts, marinades, pasta, seasonings, and so much more. If you don't live in the area, you can even order from their online store and get their beloved oil and vinegar shipped directly to your door.
However, this place isn't ALL about oil and vinegar. They also host cooking classes on the regular. These classes are both educational and an absolute blast to experience. By the end of each class, you'll have learned new techniques and be inspired to try them out on new recipes!
Currently, they have started to offer Cook At Home kits so that people can enjoy Ampersand's products while staying safe at home. They are also offering hot meal delivery every Tuesday and Thursday, along with curbside pickup for any Ampersand product.
