The owners of Uncle Giuseppe's are a father-son team, Jimmy and Stephen Beltucci. They originally hail from Long Island where they ran a small store called Valencia Deli. When they moved to Boise, they figured they were the best people to bring authentic New York subs to the Gem State—and they were right.
The deli specializes in authentic Italian sandwiches, created with the best meats and cheeses available. They boast over 20 sandwiches combinations on the menu, each one with a catchy New York-Italian inspired name.
Many of them are cold sandwiches, super stacked with a wide assortment of delicious meats. Check out the namesake sandwich, called the Italian Giuseppe's, stacked with prosciutto, capocollo, sopressata, salami, mortadella, provolone, basil, roasted bell peppers, and oil and vinegar.
