Idaho is home to some delicious ice cream treats. From unique ice cream cones to gourmet milkshakes, it isn’t too hard to find ice cream that makes you instantly salivate. But in Buhl, Idaho is one creamery that tends to stand out. Cloverleaf is not only where you can purchase some of the best dairy products in the state, but here you’ll also find ice cream where one scoop is just not enough.
Cloverleaf Creamery is located in the small town of Buhl. This is the original store and is where its delicious dairy products are made.
So what makes Cloverleaf unique? Well, this is a true farm-to-table creamery. This creamery offers dairy products made using the milk from its own grass-fed cows. This dairy is also known for its minimal pasteurization and homogenization of products.
Cloverleaf makes dozens of ice cream flavors that range from traditional flavors such as chocolate and strawberry to unique flavors like licorice, blue moon, and banana cream pie.
When visiting the creamery, you can purchase ice cream in pint or half-gallon tubs, but you won’t want to wait until you get home for a taste. Order a scoop (or two or three!) of the ice cream in a cone or cup. It’s the perfect treat whether it is a hot day, or you just need something sweet.
At the Farm Market, you can enjoy all of Cloverleaf’s products as well as many from local food vendors.
Cloverleaf’s products are also found in stores throughout Treasure Valley, Pocatello, Sun Valley, and more.
