If you wish to spot a celebrity in Idaho, there is one place to go — Sun Valley. This incredible area draws individuals from around the world, particularly celebrities and influential individuals. In fact, this area is so loved that Ernest Hemingway even lived in the Sun Valley Resort. While there are several locations in Sun Valley where you may catch a glimpse of famous individuals, the Ram Restaurant is one where you may become a little starstruck while enjoying an incredible meal.
The Ram is Sun Valley’s historic restaurant. It first opened in 1937 and has been welcoming guests ever since.
This incredible restaurant is classy, elegant, and rustic. The dining room is beautiful and you’ll even enjoy incredible live piano music from pianist Larry Harshbarger, who has played at the resort for several decades.
The Ram is open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday and you’ll want to place a reservation in advance to ensure you can enjoy this incredible atmosphere.

Throughout the decades, many celebrities have enjoyed a meal in this restaurant including Marilyn Monroe and Errol Flynn.
In fact, as you walk down the halls of the Sun Valley Resort, you will see photos of celebrities visiting the resort. Many photos feature celebrities dining at this restaurant.
When you visit The Ram, you'll find a menu with fine-dining options. For example, you can start your meal with tarts, scallops, mousse, and even a wagyu striploin.
Some of the most popular options on the menu are the Ram Heritage Dinners. Since 1937, this restaurant has offered many specialties. Now, when you visit, you can choose from a specialty of years gone by like the roast beast from 1937 and the Hungarian Goulash from 1966.
No matter what you choose, you can guarantee that it will be beautifully plated and will easily excite your taste buds.
