To get there, take Interstate 84 towards Nampa and take the exit that puts you on Highway 55. Drive along 55 for awhile until the highway meets with Highway 95. Follow Highway 95 for about two and a half miles until you get to Poison Creek Road, which eventually intersects with Jump Creek Road.
At the beginning of the trail head is a parking lot. From there, the trail is well-marked and nicely paved with plenty of signage to lead you to the falls.
The short, scenic hike is spectacular. Although a relatively short distance from town, you'll feel like you're way out in the boonies. The canyon can be dreadfully hot and dry during the summer, so remember proper clothing and water!
Jump Creek Canyon is an adventure in itself. Although the hike to the falls is quick, you might want to take some time to explore off the path. As you approach, you'll see the waterfall from afar which is downright striking juxtaposed against the stark canyon landscape.
The magnificent Jump Creek Falls is 60 feet tall and the cascades of water is the perfect source of relief on a hot summer day.

Most likely you can expect to share the space with other swimmers if you go on a weekend. However, if you go on a weekday you might just luck out and have the place to yourself for a truly relaxing and serene soaking experience!
Jump Creek is the ideal swimming hole for a hot day. There's really nothing to dislike about this place! The short hike into the attractive canyon is almost just as great as the picturesque waterfall and swimming pool at the end.
