The interior will instantly remind you of the retro diners from the old days. The restaurant is full of neon lights and aptly themed decor, some of which definitely has its quirks...like this Elvis mannequin riding a motorcycle.
The walls are covered from head to toe with vinyl records, pictures of notable celebrities, and even electric guitars. You'll find yourself trying to look at every weird thing there is to look at.
They even have iconic arcade games from decades past. You'll definitely want to spend a quarter or two on one of these classic games while you wait for your food.
Speaking of food, you won't be disappointed. Rockies serves up your classic American diner fare including a huge variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, deli sandwiches, and hearty dinners. They also serve breakfast. There's something on the menu for everyone.
If you find yourself really hungry, you could attempt the famous "Johnny B Goode Burger Challenge". The challenge includes a 4.5 lb. burger (3 burger patties, 1 hot dog, pastrami, and chili) with a 1.5 lb. plate of chili cheese fries. Oh, and a milkshake to top it off. If you finish under 30 minutes, the meal is free and you get a free Fender electric guitar!
