From its famous lobster rolls to lobster mac and cheese, everything on the menu is certainly mouthwatering. Freshie’s is delicious, the portion sizes are large, and there is hardly anything like it in Idaho — it’s a one-of-a-kind seafood restaurant in Idaho that we can’t get enough of.

Freshie’s is one of the newest seafood restaurants in Idaho and it’s certainly making a name for itself. The seafood here is so fresh, you’ll feel like you are dining on the coast, rather than in Idaho’s capital city.

Freshie’s originally got its start at a farmers’ market in Utah back in 2009. It eventually expanded to a food truck and then to a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Today, there are two restaurants in Utah (Park City and Salt Lake City), and its newest location is at The Warehouse Food Hall in Boise.
