Farragut State Park is one of the most popular state parks in Idaho and it’s no surprise. This incredible park is beautiful no matter where you go and what activities you have on your itinerary. And while there is plenty to see and do, today I want to recommend a hiking trail that takes you on a lovely walk along the water — the Shoreline Picnic Area Trail. This hike in Farragut State Park is easy, the views are gorgeous, and it’s a hidden gem that may just become your new favorite area of the park.
