Idaho is no stranger to incredible wineries and breweries. However, there is one located in downtown Boise that has certainly captured our attention — 10 Barrel Brewing Company. This Idaho brewery is home to unforgettable drinks and food that will make you lick crumbs off your plate. It’s a fabulous destination for a date night, outing with friends, or just whenever the craving for something delicious strikes. It’s a must-visit destination.
10 Barrel Brewing actually got its start in Bend, Oregon in 2006. It started with three guys who had a simple mission — brew beer, drink beer, and have fun doing it.
They’ve certainly accomplished their goal and 10 Barrel Brewing is one of the best breweries in Treasure Valley. In fact, the Boise location is one of the company’s oldest brewpubs.
With a variety of drink options, you’ll find something no matter what your mood may be. Chris Vansickle is the Brewmaster at the Boise location and he brews small batches and unique beers you’ll want to try.
And, if you aren’t in the mood for a beer, try the canned cocktails. They may just become your new favorite drink.
Just make sure that you don’t leave without trying the food. You will find made-from-scratch items on the menu sourced from local vendors. Dive into finger foods such as jumbo wings, chips and salsa, nachos, pretzels, and so much more.
There is also an assortment of salads, burgers, and pizza. And while you’ll find items on the menu that are quite traditional, you’ll also find items that may seem a little unique such as a peanut butter bacon burger and zesty spiced Brussels sprouts.
Of course, if you want something sweet to complete your meal, try a sundae, the honey vanilla pana cotta, or even the tres leche carrot cake.
10 Barrel Brewing Company in Boise is one destination that your taste buds are going to love. With a fabulous drink menu and a handful of delicious and unique menu items, you are in for a treat.
