I love checking out new places to eat in the Gem State and we have many that surprise me and I find myself constantly craving for weeks to come. There’s a new restaurant in Boise that is quickly drawing attention and many locals just can’t get enough of it — Maggie Thai Kitchen. Maggie Thai Kitchen is located at 8061 West Fairview Avenue in Boise. This restaurant opened during the summer of 2023 and is already making quite a name for itself.
Here, you will find delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. As you walk inside, you’ll immediately notice the relaxing and serene vibe of the restaurant. The interior is covered in all types of beautiful plants that create an oasis you won’t want to leave.
But it isn’t just the design of this restaurant that locals can’t seem to get enough of — it’s also the food. Start your meal off with one of the many appetizers on the menu like fresh summer rolls, Thai Spring rolls, calamari, and many other options.
I recommend you take a look at entrees like the grilled salmon Penang curry, the three-flavor fish with Salmon, or even the pork belly lettuce wrap set. Each dish is beautifully prepared and packed with flavor.
