When it comes to grilling up a mean steak, Indian Creek Steakhouse knows what they're doing. Located in Caldwell, this is the place to go when you've got a hefty appetite.
Indian Creek Steakhouse is the epitome of an authentic Old West-style chophouse. The restaurant boasts a cozy and rustic atmosphere, complete with cowboy-centric decor.
Of course, the food offerings are also fit for a cowboy. They offer every cut of meat you can think of, served in hearty portions that will definitely have you loosening your belt afterward.
If you're feeling conservative, you can always order up the "Dude", a classic 8-ounce sirloin. But if you're really hungry, you might be better off with the "Wrangler (16-ounce Prime Grade ribeye steak) or the "Rancher" (14-ounce ribeye cut off the prime.)
And if you're feeling a bit masochistic, you can challenge yourself to their famous 72-ounce steak challenge. Yes, this massive steak is a whopping four and a half pounds of meat. However, it's free of charge if you can manage to it the entire thing within an hour.
