Originally opened in 2011, Bodies in Motion isn't easily described. This multi-faceted facility plays a lot of roles when it comes to fitness, team building, excitement, and most importantly, fun!
The center boasts a wide range of unique and thrilling programs, and there's something for everyone. Choose from a variety of exciting activities and classes such as martial arts, kickboxing, ninja warrior training, and so much more.
One of the facility's most popular activities is the epic ropes course, and traversing it is a thrill you're bound to love. Visitors are encouraged to challenge themselves by swinging, hanging, and swirling around the ropes which hang high above the ground.
The ropes course is definitely a crowd pleaser. Resembling an aerial playground, you'll find yourself feeling like a little kid as you swing from obstacle to obstacle. Rope course sessions are scheduled in 45-minute increments, but you can always reserve some personal time on it with family and friends.
Another exciting way to experience the ropes course is by taking part in the "Cosmic Ropes Adventure". Cosmic Ropes takes place every Saturday at 8:00 p.m. and it involves tackling the ropes in a funky atmosphere complete with black lights, disco lights, and upbeat music.
All that moving around is bound to work up an appetite, so take a break at the on-site Flatbread Cafe and coffee bar. Serving up delicious paninis, wraps, pizzas, smoothies, and cafe drinks, it's the perfect way to cool off in between activities.
You don't have to be a professional athlete to enjoy all the wonderful activities at Bodies in Motion. This facility was made for anybody and everybody with a desire to add some action into their lives, and it makes for a unique way to keep you and the family busy!
