The Hawaiian Islands are home to 750 miles of stunning coastline — putting the island state behind Alaska, Florida, and California when it comes to coastline length. And while among that coastline you will find countless rock formations and sea cliffs, the beaches are what truly matters. But not all beaches are created equal, and today, we’re sharing the Aloha State’s longest beach, which is actually comprised of two Hawaii beach parks: Waimanalo and Bellows. Together, this stretch of sand measures in at more than three miles in length, longer than both Kauai’s Polihale Beach and Molokai’s Papohaku Beach. Let’s dive in, shall we?

Located on Oahu’s windward coast far from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki is this phenomenal slice of paradise with more than three miles of sloping white sand backing up to the seemingly endless azure sea.
Though we can’t determine an exact length — estimates range from three to more than five miles in length — it’s hard to deny that this coastal destination is perhaps the Aloha State’s longest stretches of sand.
Often considered to be the best beaches on Oahu, Bellows and Waimanalo both feature sparkling turquoise water perfect for splashing around and boogie boarding as well as fine, white sand ideal for soaking up the sun and long walks along the shore.
The sand you'll find here is described as some of the softest you'll ever sink your toes into — and we agree completely. You haven't experienced fine sand until you've visited Waimanalo or Bellows Beaches.
Hundreds of ironwood trees provide much-needed relief from the sun, and the beach’s picnic tables and grills make this a popular destination for weekend barbecues.
Luckily, tourists flock to the nearby Kailua and Lanikai Beaches, and you’ll often have plenty of space to spread out here, especially if you visit during the week.
This unspoiled landscape is truly remarkable no matter how you look at it, but there’s something particularly striking about viewing this stretch of coastline from above, wouldn’t you agree?
While all of Hawaii’s beaches are stunning, this uninterrupted stretch of fine, white sand surrounded by the crystalline waters of the vast Pacific and backed by the Ko’olau Mountains is easily one of the best.
