Is there anything better than a slow walk on a long, sandy beach? Not much, unless you’re also hunting for all of the sea glass in Hawaii that you can find. There’s one great beach on Oahu’s North Shore that’s renown for the amount of sea glass you may find on your next stroll. Head on out to Ke Iki Beach if you want to be dazzled by the jewels dotting the sand on this pretty beach.
But one stands out above the rest, especially if you’re looking for a spot to see lots of lovely sea glass. Ke Iki Beach on the North Shore of Oahu is home to many small pieces of coveted glass.
Ke Iki Beach is a quiet, hidden little treasure that many people don’t know about.
You’ll find a long stretch of sandy beach, with a strong shore break. This is the perfect spot to look for sea glass, as the strong waves will bring them to shore.

There is also plenty of wonderful tide pools to explore.
There are no official facilities here at this little beach, but the views are gorgeous, the waves are blue, and there’s plenty of sea glass to be found.
Pack a picnic and enjoy the day with your family on this gorgeous beach on the North Shore. You’ll find all different colors of sea glass, and plenty of other little treasures too.
Luckily for you, this beach, as well as all of Hawaii’s beaches, are open and available to the public.
But please be respectful during your visit, especially as many residential homes line the street behind the beach. Be mindful of where you park, and pack any trash out at the end of your stay.
There should be plenty of places to park along the road, unless the surf is high and the beach is crammed with surfers.
You can access street parking on Ke iki Road. The best time to visit is during the week, especially if you head out during the quiet hours of the morning.
The next time you find yourself on Oahu, be sure to carve out some time on this beautiful beach.
And if the tide is right, you may be able to hunt for some spectacular sea glass. And if you don’t find any, you’ll still have spent time on one of the prettiest beaches on the island!
