The produce used in their culinary creations is organic, and typically local — most of their produce is sourced from farms within just five miles of the restaurant. And it doesn’t stop there: fish is caught by local fishermen, meat is sourced from local, grass-fed, organic farms on the island, and the bread, pasta, and desserts are all made in the restaurants kitchen. Even the wines and spirits are biodynamic and organic.
This incredible island grass-fed beef brisket is accompanied by two eggs, garlic thyme potatoes, and grilled asparagus with a mouthwatering hollandaise sauce.
