Since its opening, located in the heart of Pukalani, Maui, Marlow has quickly become a culinary hotspot.
This modern yet rustic restaurant, spearheaded by Chef Jeff Scheer, offers a unique dining experience that turns first-time visitors into regulars.
Marlow specializes in artisanal Neapolitan sourdough pizzas, a tradition that began as a home ritual by Chef Scheer and his wife Kaili during the 2020 lockdown.
Starters include Kauai prawns roasted in a wood oven, organic farm greens salads, meatball en sugo with local beef and pork, and wood-fired octopus. Each dish showcases local ingredients, emphasizing the restaurant's commitment to sourcing from nearby farms.
The white pizzas like the Funghi Lapaʻau oyster mushrooms and the Broccolini from Kupaʻa Farms. The red pizzas, including the classic Margherita and the unique Braised Pork with lilikoʻi butter, are equally tantalizing.
For those seeking something beyond pizza, there are some great selections.
Marlow offers entrees like potato gnocchi with Lopes Farm beef ragu, oven-seared flank steak from Snake River Farms, and cioppino featuring Kauai prawns and Kona kanpachi.
It embodies Chef Scheer's vision of sharing good food and wine in a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's commitment to local sourcing and seasonal menus highlights the best of Maui's produce, making it a must-visit for locals and tourists alike.
Marlow is located in Pukalani, and operates without reservations.
