One hobby I’ve developed over the last few years is visiting museums and we certainly have a lot of great museums in Georgia. From historic home museums that feel like a step into the past to small buildings devoted to ultra-specific topics, it’s wonderful to get out of the house and learn something at the same time. While cities like Savannah and Atlanta are famous for an array of museums covering every subject imaginable, there are plenty of other museums worthy of a visit in other cities throughout Georgia. One of the best museums in Columbus, GA is not nearly as well-known as it should be: the National Infantry Museum and Soldier Center. Check it out:
