Lisa loves animals and has dogs, rats, cats, guinea pigs, and snakes. She is passionate about animal rescue and live music - traveling across the country to see a favorite band is a pretty regular occurrence! Being out hiking in the woods enjoying the scenery with her beloved dogs is another favorite hobby, and also checking out the Pokemon Go scene in whatever city she happens to be in at any given time (coffee and dog leash in hand). We love to travel in and around the Peach State. There’s so much to do and see not only within our own borders but within our neighboring states and the ones that lie further beyond. But there’s also something to be said for the joy of coming home after a long trip. When you’ve been on the highway for what feels like endless hours and finally hit that “Welcome to Georgia” sign – well, there’s really nothing like it. It’s a sight for sore eyes that fills the heart with joy and a sense of homecoming.
With all this negativity in the world today, we’d love to focus on something a little more positive. What are your favorite things about living in Georgia? How do you feel whenever you see a “Welcome to Georgia” sign? What do you think of the “Welcome to Georgia” sign photos we shared? Let us know in the comments!
