Christmas in Georgia is a magical time, regardless of where you are. The Peach State is filled with cities and small towns that are just perfect for celebrating the winter season. One of our favorite winter events is the Holiday in the Park celebration at Six Flags Over Georgia. This is the largest theme park in the state and it attracts visitors from all of Georgia as well as the surrounding areas. While many may associate visits to an amusement park with the summertime, Christmas is also a wonderful season to enjoy all that Six Flags has to offer.

Six Flags is a blast at any time of year, and many Georgians have fond memories of attending the theme park just outside of Atlanta. Come Christmastime, it's transformed into a magical winter wonderland.
