The modern world is great, but it can be exhausting to have all the world’s knowledge at our fingertips! Next time you’re daydreaming of the past, we’ve got plenty of great historic towns in Georgia that will make you feel like you entered a time machine. Sure, we might not really be going back in time, but walking down a town’s Main Street and admiring all the old historic architecture certainly feels like we could be. One of our favorite small towns in Georgia is Hartwell. This little city is the county seat of Hart County in the northeast portion of the state and has a population of around 4,500 people.
