There are a lot of beautiful places in Georgia, and one of the most underrated is Rabun County. For those of us looking for something a little more low-effort, Rabun County still has plenty to offer. Another underrated gem here is the magnificent Black Rock Mountain State Park. Sprawling over 1,700 acres, this place is the highest state park in Georgia. You’ll find trails, cottages, and campsites here, but the real treat comes from the amazing views. Perhaps the best thing about the overlooks here is that you don’t even have to hike to reach them. Many of the park’s overlooks can be accessed just off the scenic vehicular roads that run through the park. Get ready for the ultimate drive through Black Rock Mountain State Park in Georgia.
