Pickles are a love ’em or hate ’em kind of food. Some people can gobble them down endlessly and want to lick the jar clean afterwards, others can’t even stand the scent of them. If you’re a pickle hater, this is one restaurant you might want to skip. If you’re in the “I love pickles” camp, then keep reading. The Fickle Pickle in Roswell has some of the best fried pickles in Georgia. The pickles here are made fresh in-house and are available on a variety of dishes, including dill-icious sandwiches and burgers. But don’t worry, if you don’t like pickles, there are plenty of pickle-free options that are just as tasty.
The Fickle Pickle is in a lovely Victorian home constructed in the 1890s that has been renovated into a restaurant.
The menu's got a variety of sandwiches, burgers, and paninis to choose from. Of course, many of them include pickles, but if you're not a huge fan, there are pickle-less options as well.
One pickle-free dish that's just as popular as the pickles here is the fried green tomato sandwich. This Southern classic is a tasty sandwich featuring fried unripe tomatoes, Pepper Jack cheese, and a tomato jam.
