What's interesting about this local gem, is at first sight, you wouldn't know what the heck it was. It's very unassuming on the outside but boasts some HUGE flavors on the inside. Many people that visit The Rookery, stumble upon Dovetail upstairs. Then they happily become fans. With good reason, too. Dovetail does a great job sourcing their food locally, not to mention cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. If you can, order the orzo mac-n-cheese. YUM.
