Lisa loves animals and has dogs, rats, cats, guinea pigs, and snakes. She is passionate about animal rescue and live music - traveling across the country to see a favorite band is a pretty regular occurrence! Being out hiking in the woods enjoying the scenery with her beloved dogs is another favorite hobby, and also checking out the Pokemon Go scene in whatever city she happens to be in at any given time (coffee and dog leash in hand). We have a lot of well-known botanical gardens in the Peach State. Our warm climate lends itself well to growing a variety of plants. One garden in Georgia that we feel doesn’t get quite the attention it deserves is the Cator Woolford Garden. This spot in Druid Hills is so unknown that even many locals aren’t familiar with it, but it’s a stunning event venue and an absolutely amazing place for a stroll!
You can learn more from the Cator Woolford Gardens website. Remember, the garden is only open to the public on days when private events are not scheduled, so make sure to check the calendar on the website before planning a trip.
Have you ever heard of this beautiful garden in Georgia?
