Not every neighborhood is made the same and if you’ve ever visited Atlanta then you know this much to be true. There are so many different neighborhoods which make up the capital city of Georgia, each with their own culture and experience. One of the most coveted neighborhoods you’ll find offers a unique opportunity to shop independents stores, dine at mom-and-pop shops, and see a different side of Atlanta. Welcome to Little Five Points in Georgia…
There is a neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia that is unlike any other in the entire state.
Just south of this historic spot was the place where the very first Atlanta streetcars were constructed in the 1890s, which thanks to the trolleys, drew tons of foot traffic to the area.
The culture of the neighborhood, however, is likely what is most revered—with independent shops and bookstores, new and used clothing stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and so much more.
Not only is shopping and dining a must in Little Five Points but also viewing the ever-changing street art throughout will be a most memorable experience.
Also, if you want a perfect time to visit this small community in Atlanta, we recommend visiting during October as the Little Points Halloween Festival happens every year and is a truly festive experience.
