Homes cost a little more than 20% of overall median household income here, and the median household income is pretty high--more than 60K. The divorce rate is pretty low here as well, with only 4.6% of men divorced and 15.6% of women divorced.
9. Peachtree City, GA
The median income in Peachtree City is more than 90K, and they only spend 20% of this on housing. Only 3% of residents leave at 5 a.m. for work and the average commute time is 28 minutes. The crime rate is low and the restaurants are plentiful!
