Lisa loves animals and has dogs, rats, cats, guinea pigs, and snakes. She is passionate about animal rescue and live music - traveling across the country to see a favorite band is a pretty regular occurrence! Being out hiking in the woods enjoying the scenery with her beloved dogs is another favorite hobby, and also checking out the Pokemon Go scene in whatever city she happens to be in at any given time (coffee and dog leash in hand). You can find so many wonderful trails in the Georgia mountains. It’s the perfect area for exploring beautiful surroundings while getting a workout at the same time. One of our favorite trails is a little on the challenging side, but for experienced hikers, it is more than worth the difficulty. The mighty Rabun Bald via the Bartram Trail is an incredible eight-mile adventure that will have you remembering just how beautiful Georgia can be. The views at the end are absolutely magnificent no matter what season it is.
What season would you prefer to hike the Rabun Bald via Bartram Trail? We gotta say, those spring views all decked out in green are pretty spectacular!
